Member of the Design System team at JPMC. Worked on designing, planning, and building the first enterprise-spanning design system for multiple brands and platforms.

• Designed landing pages and copy for Zenplace to attract more users and decrease user drop off

• Wrote copy for mission statement, brand story, and feature descriptions, as well as various other texts

• Created style guidelines and content strategy for continual expansion of company

• Conducted interviews, market research, and usability tests to evaluate and validate design decisions

Worked closely with clients to create and implement database management and monitoring systems. Designed touchpoint forms and interfaces for managers and staff to interact with data and record information, primarily on MS Access using VBA and SQL.

My research is involved in interfacial fluid dynamics, the modeling and analysis of flow speed and electric potential. My grants are the Hamilton Grant at SMU, and an SMU URA scholarship.
