Improved AI generation quality through eval pipelines and telemetry-driven iteration, reducing developer-introduced regressions by 80% and increasing image generation reliability by 7%.
Improved multimodal image generation reliability in PowerPoint by diagnosing and fixing failures in the inference pipeline, reducing hallucinated outputs through eval-driven debugging.
M365 Copilot App – Create Experiences
Increased Create module system reliability by using end-to-end telemetry to isolate storage capacity issues, building targeted fixes, and validating across interfaces, resulting in a 17% reduction in project load failures.
Delivered visual artifact generation experiences in the Create Module by aligning building blocks from Microsoft Designer and the M365 Copilot App UX. Adapted new image-generation models as they became available, increasing user product satisfaction from 30% to 65%.
Delivered Library Module in M365 Copilot App, using components previously developed for other products in the Microsoft Office ecosystem. mproved latency for file-fetching scenarios as the DRI for persistent storage and curated backend storage APIs to support new user scenarios.

Microsoft Designer
Implemented authentication telemetry for Microsoft Designer, increasing visibility and monitoring of key metrics such as sign in/out, SSO, access token acquisition, and active account changes using Kusto Query Language and Power BI.
Improved QoS of authentication features by analyzing telemetry data and addressing bugs, resulting in 30% increase in SSO, 10% increase in sign in success, and 99% QoS for access token acquisition.
Collaborated with the go-to-market (GTM) crew and identity provider team to identify and resolve login issues for Microsoft Designer, leading to a 13% increase in login success rate by optimizing upsells and the authentication flow.
Delivered the document history feature from inception to production. I was a DRI in designing how the product stores user’s
documents and generated artifacts in persistent storage by gathering technical feasibility, working closely with our storage
provider partners, and landing a reliable solution. Maintained the feature post-launch, ensuring a consistent 99% QoS.
