Contracting at YouTube, I served as a designer on the Core & Systems UX team, contributing to the existing Figma design systems library, creating documentation of new components, and running audits of the current status component usage in the YouTube app.

Contracting remotely for Allstate, I served as a designer contributing to the existing and growing a Figma design system library and integrating Esurance design assets into the Allstate design experience.

Contracting on-site at Esurance, I served as the designer in charge of creating and maintaining a Figma based design system for the transactional experience of the website, iOS app, and Android app.

Created templates, design patterns, source files, and internal documentation that was utilized by the MarCom Retail Interactive design and engineering teams.

Produced and presented designs for additional hardware fulfillment solutions and an app experience for first-time downloads and app feature updates. Designed the user interface updated for the iPhone preauthorization process, so the flow would visually align with the most recent website update. Produced the buy-flow designs for the worldwide hardware launch. Created concept designs, visual mockups, and prototypes, as well as established a modular design approach for the redesign of Checkout process for Apple.com. The redesign was launched in the US in early 2018. It ended up hitting its metrics for success four times over.
