Created new instructional materials for Verilog RTL design and changed rubrics to better align with lecture content.

Improved exit controls by improving bulk deletes on various options exchanges. Added usability and connectivity checks for panic GUI and backend, reducing risk when monitoring is not available. Mostly C++ and C#, with a bit of Python.

Redesigned path planner to create smoother paths and allow controls team to eliminate overshooting issues.

Built ROS plugins to allow our thrusters, IMU, and GPS to work in Gazebo simulation models.
