Making face masks easier to reuse than to dispose of: Inoka Mask Safe is the first complete solution for safely carrying, storing, and sterilizing face masks for reuse. The product was tested by a third-party government-level microbiology laboratory and recommended by leading covid, facemasks, and environmental researchers. Within a year Inoka was able to gather hundreds of affiliates and 6000 orders.

Led user-driven iterative design, DFM, DFA, Manufacturing, brand and packaging design at a joint venture with Vancouver based dentist Dr. Scott Yamaoka and Ex-Dyson design engineer Zachery Yamaoka with the mission to produce best-in-class user-driven face shields that work seamlessly with the dental workflow and equipment like the dental loupes and light. Ambience is the face shield of choice with over half of the dental schools and public health institutions in Canada. With hundreds of testimonials from dental professionals and been voted best product of the year by 4 highly influencial dentist communities and magazines in north America.

XREAL (Formerly Nreal) is one of the newest consumer electronics unicorns with an AR Glasses global market share of over 83%. Its AR products Nreal Air and Light consistently ranks #1 in sales in the AR category on the biggest online retail platforms (Amazon, Taobao etc) in the US, EU, China and Japan, amassing great reviews. I was with the startup while it was being incubated at Xiaomi's Milab (~10 people team in 2018) and during its debut at CES2019, where we won the "Best Startup" award. I did a plethora of work for the budding startup, e.g.:

• Author of the Nreal Design Doc and Internal Design Guidelines.

• Conducted user discovery and defined upcoming products.

• Developed the First Mobile to Glasses Interface Demo

• Led industrial Design & prototype manufacture of the Nreal Controller, shown on CES and AWE

• Led UI/UX Design for the first version Nreal Launcher

• Independent FEA, Thermal Analysis on Nreal Computing Unit

• Led industrial design concept exploration for the Nreal Computing Unit
