-Owned and architected a feature extraction and serving pipeline to compute 10+ identity network-level fraud signals via a gRPC endpoint integrated in to Sift’s event ingestion and feature framework with sub-40ms production latency
-Led post-MVP latency optimization for the ‘identity-service’, conducting end-to-end performance analysis, identifying latency spikes from dependencies such as Google Spanner, and scoping remediation work to harden the system for production scale
-Contributed core backend systems to the launch of Sift’s Identity product, enabling cross-account fraud ring detection across 250+ enterprise customers
-Implemented an identity-linking algorithm using normalized user attributes (email, name, phone, address) which connects an average of 5–10 related users per identity and is utilized to surface hidden fraud networks
