Acquired by Uniphore in 2025, Orby AI is a platform designed to bring the auto-complete experience to everyday business users and automate all mundane tasks. It is dedicated to transforming workflows through the power of generative AI. Joined as a founding designer, my responsibilities include:

• Crafting Product Design vision for help raising $30 million series A

• Hiring for the best product and design team (scaled the design team from 1 to 4 designers in a player-coach role, hired 2 PMs)

• Process improvement to ensure quality and speed of the design team's output

• Product design strategy and positioning partnering up with product management functions

Leading design for multiple features for the PayPal Commerce Platform

Provide thought leadership to bring value to the user and 35 million active merchants

Partner closely with product leadership, engineers, content designers, data analysts to deliver high quality experiences for business users

Mentor and coach junior designers, coordinate between internal stakeholders and design resources to meet product timelines

Develop UX framework and design patterns to ensure platform UX consistency

Acquired by Cisco in 2023, Armorblox is an AI-based B2B cybersecurity platform that uses natural language processing to detect and prevent inbound threats and outbound data loss, where I was the founding design hire.

My contributions include:

• Drive and lead the vision for our User Experience in for all products on the web and mobile platforms

• Co-develop the product strategy with product leadership through identifying opportunities to invest in for long term growth and innovation

• Project management: driving implementation from design by breaking down into Jira epics and stories, coordinated between engineering and business to meet project delivery deadlines

• Establish operational rigor for design: using principles, frameworks, design component library, qualitative and quantitative insights to guide team for continuous growth of the function and the product.

• Stakeholder management: worked directly with C-level leaders to define the product requirements, product design and marketing design deliverables
