I've taught design at Stanford, founded a brand, and designed products used by millions, from AI-powered tools to security systems to e-commerce platforms. I love 0→1 work and tackling projects that seem impossible at first.

### Senior Lead Product Designer @ GoDaddy
Jan 2022 – Jan 2025 | San Francisco Bay Area
• Site Optimizer – Led design of GoDaddy's AI-powered SEO tool from concept through V2, achieving 21% adoption from all WordPress users
• Security Widgets – Designed a modular widget system for Backups and Firewall, replacing six redundant implementations across GoDaddy's product suite
• Commerce – United numerous stakeholders to redesign dashboard and page taxonomy, delivering a seamless experience to meet a broad range of user needs (from payment processing to selling through multi-stores and marketplaces)

### Lead Product Designer @ GoDaddy

• Productivity Team (Email & Tools; 1/6 of GoDaddy’s revenue) 

 –  Designed migration flows to move 7M+ users from legacy email platform to Microsoft 365

 –  Developed a self-serve flow for unblocking M365 email, resolving a high-volume support issue and reducing customer pain

• Lead UX for redesigning Shutterfly's cart, which annually processed over a billion dollars in revenue
• Developed a lifetime customer retention tool by redesigning Shutterfly's Address Book
