An Ebay for pharmacies. Myself and one other designer owned the entire UX: the customer-facing website, all marketing materials and outreach, inside dashboards and administration tools, and a proprietary call center application. ◼ Collaborated with a team of engineers to develop a usable call center application that increased telemarketers’ call handling capacity from 60 to 110 calls per day. ◼ Designed the information architecture, task flow, and UI of the company web site.
