With a background experiential learning, instructional design, and cross-cultural communication, I bring both technical and human insight to every project. From VILT and eLearning to LMS governance and AI-assisted coaching.

As a doctoral candidate in Workplace Learning at Northeastern University, my research explores how inquiry-based AI coaching enhances metacognition and language acquisition, empowering employees to become more self-directed, reflective, and effective communicators in hybrid workplaces.

I’ve built learning ecosystems that scale. From microlearning and on-the-job scripts to enterprise-wide rollout, and coached mobility and relocation professionals to navigate new cultures and workplaces with clarity and confidence.
