Over almost two decades, I’ve grown from graphic design to award-winning art direction, and to building UI and design systems—ultimately moving into strategic product design.

Today, I’ve found my sweet spot in fintech, where my love of math meets design to simplify and visualize complex processes into experiences that are both intuitive and empowering. At J.P.Morgan, I’m leading the transformation of Workplace Solutions, the equity compensation platform born from the Global Shares acquisition, into a market-leading product that helps thousands of employees make the most of their equity benefits.

Looking ahead, I see product design as the strategic force shaping how AI serves humanity. We’re moving beyond interfaces into systems leadership—where designers define intent, ethics, and the architecture of intelligent experiences. I’m here to lead that change.

Leading product design for Workplace Solutions at JPMorgan Chase, focused on reimagining the equity compensation experience for both clients and participants. Driving the transformation of Workplace into a premier equity management platform in the U.S. market.

### Art Director @ Investis Digital

•	Led design and development of large-scale websites, design systems, and digital products across various sectors.
•	Introduced design systems as a marketable product offering for ID clients; created a client-facing format that improved collaboration between design, engineering, CMS, and service teams.
•	Played a key role in the evolution and localization of ID’s Express Cloud-hosted Websites (ECW) platform, originally developed in the UK; adapted it for the U.S. market and launched over 80 ECW websites.
•	Formalized design processes by introducing a culture of feedback, user testing, and collaborative client workshops.
•	Contributed to multiple successful pitches, helping secure high-profile clients including Revlon, DelMonte, and Flowers Foods.
