•Explored research findings within user interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, and questionnaires to further understand issues users faced in order to develop foundational knowledge on the subject matter
•Crafted affinity maps, empathy maps, user personas, plus how might we statements to gain a clear understanding of user challenges, motivations, needs, and pain points
•Designed low and high fidelity wireframes with a priority on user-centered design then produced rapid clickable prototypes utilizing Adobe XD, Figma and InVision
•Tested for usability to gain user feedback, then adjusted designs to accommodate for recommended changes
•Teamed up with four product designers, one design lead, and two representatives from Earth Love United across three different time zones to develop a mobile application focused on encouraging international youth to fight against climate change
•Interviewed two screener survey participants to further knowledge on how people aged 18-22 interpret climate change news, and their role in preserving Earth
•Designed low and high fidelity wireframes based on teammates sketches in addition to stakeholder feedback within a one-week timeframe
•Volunteered to present sketches, high fidelity wireframes, and style guide to stakeholders over Zoom during the emergency absence of our design lead; answered all stakeholder questions, aligned stakeholders visions, and gathered notes for team members not in attendance
