As Design Lead, I've worked close with the founding team to establish the Yours brand, design language, and multiple social media marketing campaigns. I've led the creation of Yours initial web app UX/UI design & research. On the front-end, I've worked to implement a website redesign as part of our pre-launch marketing strategy. ### Co-Founder @ Citizen Sync Jan 2013 – Jan 2015 Citizen Sync works with local municipalities to develop a white-labeled, customized and branded mobile app. The app connects residents, visitors, local merchants, and the city administration on one mobile platform to engage citizens. As a founder and lead designer my role was to build and maintain our brand in all aspects. This includes the design and UX of our mobile app, website, marketing materials, investor presentations, sales documents and more. In addition, with my background in IT and coding I took the lead role on making our technology and software decisions. This position was fast moving and required our small team to communicate fluidly while handling multiple projects at once. ### Founder / V.P. of Branding @ Campus Shift Jan 2011 – Jan 2013 Campus Shift provides solutions to the runaway cost of education by developing a mobile platform that connects businesses to our highly social, loyal network of college students. After BookDefy reformed as Campus Shift, my first major task was create a new brand and streamline existing products under one look. I created all of our marketing pieces, presentations, banners, reports and took the lead design role on web and mobile applications. ### Creative Director @ Quasimoto Interactive, Inc. Jan 2007 – Jan 2008 | San Diego, CA Originally hired as an intern, I quickly found myself at the center of the Quasimoto design and brand.
