• Lead a team of 9 UX designers (L4-L6) building internal hiring and recruiting platforms for Amazon Talent Acquisition.
• Led the design team owning the talent sourcing experience end-to-end, reducing recruiter discovery time by 35% and cutting candidate pipeline dwell time by nearly half.
• Repositioned design from a post-hoc consultant to a strategic co-owner, embedded at the requirements stage alongside PM and engineering as equal product owners
• Ran product workshops that brought leadership to shared clarity on a fragmented product, aligning direction. Built the team's operating model from scratch and standardized it across the design org.
• Hired and grew 15 designers over three years. Two promoted, 3 moved from contractor to full-time employees. Hired for independence, retained through growth.

• Strategic Leadership and User Experience Optimization: Directing the UX team to enhance user interaction across critical touchpoints, including Marketing Landing Pages, Email Communications, Newsletters, and Blogs.
