Redesigned existing tool (Python) to check against unwanted third-party tampering of security devices (Due to NSA scandal). The tool verified the executable section of the software running on the firewall to authenticated Cisco code. Designed and built a tool (Python) to aid customer support engineers with coredumps from firewalls by analyzing and extracting necessary info pertaining to the problem. Integrated into their support website (learned PHP) and hooked into another tool (Updated to use newer system) to allow single step debugging of customer service requests.

Presented final project to multiple teams internally, exceeded manager’s expectation and delivered product to additional teams after final demonstration.
