Creative lead for a team of 13 on a 41-week program involving 5 unique device platforms, including 2 unique mobile platforms. Program integrated within a larger on-going effort, requiring coordination with evolving experience, brand, business, and product guidelines.
Lead interaction design on major tracks of work within programs, coordinating with other interaction designers and Associate Creative Directors/Creative Directors. Contributed to all phases of programs: initial background research and immersion, stakeholder interviews and alignment, qualitative user research and contextual inquiry, research synthesis, iterative design evolutions, participatory design and validation research, and client communication.
