I've designed more web, iPhone and Android app ideas than I can remember—including a #1 iTunes app, SaaS apps with millions of daily interactions, and multiple front-to-back platforms.

Right after the initial iPhone SDK was released, I co-founded an indie design/dev shop that, over the better part of a decade, grew to 20 devs, millions in contracts/projects, and which ultimately sprouted multiple startups.

I've been leading product and design on startup teams ever since.

I strive to make things feel simple, to design & prototype ideas early in code, and enjoy the wins :)

R&D'd OneAssembly.com (a B2B auction platform) from idea to $3M+ in the first month of beta ($33M+ in the first year). Built within a year with a dev team of 3.

+ Architected, designed and developed this app from whiteboard ideas through a highly successful launch on a dev team of 3.

+ Designed the majority of this app in code: React > Tailwind CSS (HTML/CSS/JS). Also designed the branding and marketing site.

Built this niche travel listings platform from ideas to 8K+ subscribers (4K+ paid subs) in under a year on a team of 3.

+ Architected UX, designed UI’s and developed this platform from whiteboards through a 2.0 release via an iterative agile process.

+ Developed a custom front-end framework and coded fully responsive Admin and Customer React/Next.JS apps (HTML/CSS/JS).

### Product UX/UI Design Lead @ Phobio
Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 | Austin, Texas Area
Led design for Rodio – a communication and workforce management platform for large retail (web, iOS and Android). Within two years, we partnered/integrated with a Fortune 100 company (Kronos) and signed one of the largest employee sourcing companies (Marketsource – Target/Best Buy) facilitating millions of daily interactions.

+ Led a product development team of 20 to build out Rodio (web, native iOS and Android) from early ideas through 20K+ paid users.

+ Designed and pitched a demo that solidified integration partnership contracts with Kronos/Form.com, and ultimately led to acquisition.

### Co-Founder + Product UX/UI Design Lead @ Timebomb

Led product design for this conditional messaging app (iOS and Android). Over 2 years, we raised multiple investment rounds and built the idea from scratch with a product team of 10. The hip and user-friendly experience helped us land angel investors and marketing partnerships with Ellen and Warner Bros.

+ Led a cross-platform product development team of 10 in conception, design and launch—from initial idea through 20K+ users.

+ Crafted pitch decks that were key in raising $3M from multiple angel investors, including multiple celebrities and Warner Bros.

Co-founded, led design and grew this agency to 20 employees working on 30+ projects—including multiple front-to-back platforms, a #1 Paid iPhone App, and became an ideation and prototyping lab for Warner Bros.

+ Led design to pitch, design and ship apps for 30+ clients, including a photo editing app for A Beautiful Mess, which became a #1 Paid App in the iTunes store, and stayed a top-100 paid app for over a year.

+ Designed app ideas/prototypes for Ellen, Need for Speed, Dreamworks, The Economist, Convoy of Hope, and many early stage startups.
