I work with my team to build tools to help Creative Executives manage and gain insight on the Pre-Greenlight aspects of filmmaking. This includes building tools for managing submissions and pitches, valuations, predictions, and slate management. Responsibilities include planning and conducting research, working with PM to drive our product strategy, executing on high quality designs and prototypes, and working with engineering to turn ideas into reality. Previously, I worked on the Studio Production Product team, building tools to help manage Talent and vendor resources in order to help power Netflix productions across the globe. ### Staff Product Designer @ Lyft Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | San Francisco, California I led design on the Risk Solutions team, including the creation of the in-house Risk Management Info System (RMIS), a 0 to 1 product from scratch. I led our team’s efforts to create our org’s 12 month Northstar vision and conducted research studies. I helped manage a team of three designers and mentored three other designers. I helped define our product design career pathways and was part of the promotion committee. ### Senior Product Designer @ Facebook Jan 2013 – Jan 2019 | Menlo Park, CA Led design for key aspects of the Pages/Local product, including Page Insights, new Page creation and onboarding, and Page integrity. Designed and shipped Instant Workflows, a business developer platform built on top of Pages. Managed and mentored three designers while on Pages Growth team. Also worked on video ads and ad formats simplication while on the Core Ads Monetization team. ### Design Director @ Hot Studio Jan 2012 – Jan 2013 | San Francisco Bay Area Led design efforts for a variety of clients, including Akamai, Samsung, Blurb, Cisco, LeapMotion, Aetna, and eBay. Highlights include creating Blurb Bookify, a bookmaking app; Personalized health concepts for Aetna; and digital home concepts for Samsung.
