Most recently I have been performing leadership trainings and coaching for people at all levels of their careers and researching the intersection of design and AI.

On five continents, I worked with my clients to build better businesses, products, and services. As an early design leader at the firm, I helped to shape their design and product offerings and grow the team from 50 to 500 designers globally.

I worked on projects regarding artificial intelligence, conversational AI, private equity, fintech, mortgage lending, crypto banking, healthcare, mining, supply chain and logistics, utilities operations, EV charging, and wind/solar operations.

Along with my client facing work, I mentored and led leadership courses for colleagues. I designed courses and content for McKinsey consultants to learn about design, product management, and digital business building.

I opened the Bay Area office for this east coast agency that specialized in healthcare design. I hired and managed a local design team and led local client engagements from proposal through delivery.

I successfully grew PF’s design team from three to 26 designers over the course of 18 months. The team included UX, visual design, research, UX prototyping, and video. We were responsible for all product design, branding, and marketing. Our products included the core electronic health records platform, patient facing health record, analytics tools, and the Practice Fusion/Patient Fusion websites. During my tenure we rebranded the company, redesigned the core EHR application in responsive HTML leveraging a new component driven design system. Along with product design responsibilities, I led hiring, employee development, and design operations for the team.

I designed and managed the development of new customer registration, onboarding, and product engagement experiences to improve trial conversions and enhance overall product usage for new customers. I also led the launch of the Google Apps Marketplace integration which allowed customers to easily demo, purchase, and configure Zendesk via this platform.
