Product Leader and General Manager for Verily Retinal Service, an end-to-end diabetic retinopathy screening product. Grew the program from a small advanced-technology engineering team to a complete Medical device and service organization. I was responsible for development and roadmap of imaging AI/ML algorithms, software, hardware, and services. I oversaw the development, FDA listing, and first commercial launch of the Verily Retinal Camera. I set the go-to-market strategy for retinal services and establish the business through commercial agreements and partnerships.

Led product and strategy through a major shift in Verily's devices line-of-business, as the organization moved from an R&D-for-hire business to a product-first business.
