I’m a full-time CPT at Fitness SF, where I work with members of all backgrounds to build strength, confidence, and long-term movement habits. My approach blends education, accessibility, and consistency — whether I’m training someone new to the gym or refining performance with an experienced client.

I use the I.O.M. 4Q Model to build customized programs and coach 1:1, buddy, or small group sessions. I also lead equipment orientations and FIT sessions to help members feel confident and safe using the floor. Alongside training, I stay active in managing gym safety, performing floor checks, and creating a positive and inclusive culture for everyone.

Even in my first month, I’ve maintained a 100% renewal rate and flipped 7 out of 9 members into active training clients, reflecting both trust and momentum with the people I serve.
