Worked on UX research initiatives (surveys, interviews, data analysis) to uncover user pain points and translated findings into actionable solutions, enhancing both internal processes and user experience.

Coordinated with development, marketing, and business teams using agile methodologies, facilitating and prioritizing solutions that drive business results.

Managed the implementation of iconography and visual assets. Collaborated with marketing on campaigns, media kits, and Linkedin Ads for digital and social platforms.
