• Led the design process for B2B mobile app projects from concept to launch, collaborating with product managers and developers to ensure the successful delivery of user-centered designs.

• Modernized the Bill Payment, Transaction History, Order Tracking and Ordering Parts sections of the responsive website for desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Created wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows to stakeholders and development teams.
