Quotient Technology was acquired by Neptune Retail Solutions in September 2023. Under new management style and team structure, I designed the end-to-end user experiences for migrating Shopmium mobile app users to the Checkout 51 mobile app, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering. I also redesigned and optimized the user onboarding journey to improve engagement. Additionally, I conducted comprehensive heuristic evaluations to identify and resolve usability issues, enhancing app functionality and overall user satisfaction.

• Design and optimize features focused on digital retail media, CPG brand promotions, or ad placements within the retailer platform, driving revenue and measurable return for both brands and retailers.

• Translate sophisticated media planning, targeting, and analytics tools into simple, intuitive interfaces for retail marketing teams and brand partners.

• Focus on visualizing complex performance data ad spend, impressions, conversion rates to help retail users and advertisers easily understand the effectiveness of their campaigns.

• Design solutions that balance the needs of three key users: the Retailer, the CPG Advertiser, and the end Shopper, ensuring a seamless flow of value and content.

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma for features related to our digital retail media and CPG promotion platforms, applying core UX/UI principles.

• Assist the design team by helping to conduct usability testing, synthesize user feedback, and document user journeys to inform design decisions for retail-facing tools.

In 2022, I took on a part-time role as a "Weekend Warrior" at Tesla while also working my full-time job as a product designer during the weekdays to help cover the expenses for my wedding. By dedicating my weekends to this job, I was able to not only support my financial goals but also gain valuable experience working for a dynamic and innovative company like Tesla.
