Applied robotics and ML engineer bridging classical robotics and modern deep learning for reliable, real-time autonomous systems. 10 years of combined research and industry experience in machine learning, computer vision, and state estimation for physical systems acting in the real world. I've done B2B and B2C, small (seed-stage garage startup with <10 people) and big (public company), research and production, and am always excited to learn about new stuff in the field. 

I've been at XPeng for the last 5 years, where I work at the intersection of ML research (running experiments, training models on hundreds of GPUs, etc.) and MLOps (quantization, inference optimization, integration, etc.) The systems we build get shipped to hundreds of thousands of customers all over the globe, enabling autonomy at scale. In the past, I've also worked on agricultural robots and precise, low-cost localization-as-a-service. I consistently collaborate with global teams across continents and thrive in fast and diverse environments.

Academically, I completed my Master's in Robotics at CUBoulder while doing research in multi-agent systems in the Cooperative Human-Robot Intelligence Lab, where I was fortunate to be funded by a Balsells Fellowship. I also have a Bachelor's (with honors) in Aerospace Engineering.
