Worked across a number of different verticals and feature sets, designing some of our key features: campaign segmentation, school explorer, applicant analysis, our insights library, and our employer-facing job page.

Removed friction from the developer experience on Predix with improvements to the process of administering user accounts and authentication.

• Created an interactive online style guide for My HR, a web portal for use by over 175,000 Kaiser Permanente employees.

• Designed graphics for change-management efforts to help ease employees into new architecture and navigation.

• Developed user flows illustrating different ways users could find the help they needed.

• Optimized all design elements for ADA compliance.
