As EquityMultiple’s sole lead designer, my role is split between two departments; the product development department and the marketing and branding department.

On the product side, I lead our product design efforts throughout the entire product lifecycle. I drive our design standards and set design as a core competency and differentiator. I use design thinking methodologies to work across departments and bring in new ideas for our users and platform. I think strategically about how to scale and level-up our company's design maturity which includes our design practices, our platform, and our people.

On the marketing and brand side, I align and push our design aesthetics for our organization’s brand across our different touch-points, providing guidelines along the way for future growth of the team and the brand.

UX Facilitator for design sprint with multiply stakeholder for a bilingual digital product for a non-profit to support workers who have experienced wage theft.

Conducted bilingual user research including multiple rounds of user interviews, heuristic evaluations, ideation, and usability testing. Wire-framed and prototyped different versions of the designs, some in English and Spanish.
