* After ~6 months of being Staff, I moved from Frontend Platform to become Tech Lead for Design Systems.
* Part of that move also included a brief stint on a team meant to ship a redesign of List Import which measurably increased usability metrics.
* The redesigned List Import became the foundation for our new Design System, Wink.
* Mentored and sponsored engineers on Wink, and provided technical leadership and general direction for Wink engineering.
* Helped write Combobox, Theming (color schemes and subbrands), and Wizards (multi-step forms).
* Onboarded people to Wink.
* Initiated Mailchimp's partnership with Fable Tech Labs, a service to test with disabled people for accessibility issues. Helped write the proposal for the partnership. Talked with Legal, engineering leadership, and QA. Helped plan the first tests and audit for accessibility issues.

* The codebase previously had no JavaScript tests. I introduced a JavaScript testing framework (Jest) and library (react-testing-library, later renamed to @testing-library/react). I also educated others in best-practices for writing tests, wrote some good examples, and wrote our philosophy on testing JavaScript, published in Stripe's Increment Magazine.
* Became a resource for accessibility and disability justice at Mailchimp. Answered accessibility questions, helped Mailchimp bring in 3rd party accessibility workshops (Knowbility, Deque), and consistently advocated for increased accessibility to leadership. Gave internal talks on disability and educated people on disability issues and disability justice.
* Wrote an internal toolbar for developers to access and/or manipulate tracking events, automated accessibility checking (via axe-core), experiments, flags, and session settings.
* Sponsored many engineers, particularly from underrepresented groups. Reviewed PRs even outside the team for a11y, code quality, subtle React errors (particularly around useEffect), etc.

* Worked as an intern for 3 months, then full-time for the remaining 9 months.
* Developed core client logic in JavaScript, and, later, CoffeeScript. Much of the website front-end was developed by me.
* Implemented a dynamic photo uploader and photo importer. Within 2 weeks of release, imported photos amounted to over 25% of all total photos on the site.
* Helped write the core 1000memories API, written in Sinatra (Ruby).
* Had a patch to Ruby on Rails accepted.
