 Partnered with clinical stakeholders to develop complex therapeutic and medical experiences, translating requirements into extensible features to improve clinical outcomes. ### Senior Product Designer @ Better Therapeutics Jan 2019 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco, California, United States Better Therapeutics ("Better") is the first publicly traded Perscription Digital Therapeutic company in the United States. Better is developing first-in-class prescription digital therapeutics to deliver cognitive behavioral therapy to patients to treat cardiometabolic diseases. We use clinically-validated, FDA-regulated software to change the behaviors that cause these diseases thereby improving quality of life, reducing the need for medications, and lowering costs. Our products deliver digital behavioral therapy that integrates neuroscience, lifestyle medicine, and explainable AI into a physician-prescribed mobile medical app, and uses patient-generated data to inform clinical decision-making and improve treatment outcomes. ### Founding Product Designer @ Dina Jan 2017 – Jan 2019 | Chicago, IL One of Dina's earliest employees, pre-seed funding. Oversaw all phases of product user experience to research, design, and execute strategic vision of product enhancements, new features, and scalability of principal product offering. Enabled scale of core product offering to increase referral volume 10x month over month. Achieved 1500% total increase in coordination touchpoints on referrals in same period of time. Partnered with leadership, stakeholders, and users to define product vision, develop the company’s research practice, and implement the first full-scale design system. ### UX Consultant @ Slalom Consulting Jan 2016 – Jan 2017 | Chicago, IL Led design of Fortune 500 hospitality client's luxury booking portal from 0-1 by navigating client through full design lifecycle from conception to design. Integrated existing design system to create a unique platform which organized highly specific and proprietary information.
