oratio is a customer communication platform enabling businesses to communicate with their customers on existing messaging platforms such as Facebook Messenger, Viber, Twitter DM, Telegram or Kik.

* Developed a customer service messaging platform for businesses started in 2015, supporting WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Telegram at a time where they didn’t have APIs yet

* Designed a microservice architecture with microservices written in Scala, NodeJS, Typescript, and PHP

* Managed development and product. Led an international & distributed team of 7 people

* Worked with the Facebook Messenger team on a Handover Protocol to improve and ensure inter-connectivity between 3rd party apps for pages

* Designed a REST API for developers to build integrations for our platform

* Grew our MRR from $200 to $20k in 16 months

ChatbotConf was the first European and second largest chatbot conference worldwide for two years in a row with 400-500+ attendees each which was taking place in Vienna, Austria with speakers from leading companies like Facebook, Slack, Viber, Google, Microsoft, and more.
