1st product people, I joined Zefir a few months after its creation.
Year 1: Acting Product Manager and Product Designer of Pricing Business Unit. Worked with 3 data scientists and 1 software engineer. Provided solutions to pricing analysts so they could valuate homes seamlessly and precisely. Hired 2 product designers.
Year 2: Adapt product to support Zefir pivot to marketplace model: upgrade our back-office to an asset management tool, launch a Seller account to follow home sale, launch an Agent webapp to manage mandates.
Year 3: Scale our Acquisition model from a sales-led approach to a product-led one, improving pricing transparency and integrating with agencies buyers portfolio.
Year 4: Solo Product Designer. Scale our core-business from a customer-support-based experience to a self-service experience for both sellers and agents. Redesign home-buying experience by integrating agencies homes and leveraging IA capabilities.
Year 5: Scale our marketplace model: Delinearize customer-support with a self-service experience for real-estate agents and home sellers, while improving our business performance.
