My team owned all aspects of UX Design, from design strategy through user research & product design. We created the visual language for Ontada that was adapted for the brand identity, as well as the design system. My team led the redesign of our core oncology EHR, the mobile app built on native Apple technologies, and tools for oncology practices to track finances, manage clinical trials, and improve workflows. Ontada is a growth engine for McKesson & an area of high investment. ### VP / Head of UX Design, McKesson Technology @ McKesson Jan 2019 – Jan 2022 | San Francisco Bay Area I built a design organization from a handful of designers to a team of roughly 20 high-performing people at multiple levels. I led the development of all the foundational pieces of a design organization: design language & system, processes, persona research & workflow modeling, staffing & resourcing, coaching and career progression. This team enabled the product development progress required for McKesson to launch Ontada in 2020. ### Senior Director of Design @ Salesforce Jan 2018 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco Bay Area Head of Design for the Lightning Platform, which is the foundation for the entire core Salesforce product line. My team designed the Search experience, Records and Lists, Components, the tools that introduce users to Lightning: all the fundamental building blocks of the new Salesforce user experience. ### Head of Studio, IBM Design San Francisco @ IBM Jan 2015 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco Bay Area Created the design studio in San Francisco plus led studios in San Jose and Austin for Analytics. My teams focused on the field of data science: creating new experiences for users based on insights from extensive user research. We incubated, designed & launched IBM’s Data Science Experience, which evolved into Watson Studio. There is an important idea here and I hope we figure out a good way to pursue it." - Bill Gates) Led UX and Interaction Design on the project, from pre-concept through production.
