Mobile Account Management – Worked with technical and business leads to develop a design framework for Franklin Templeton India’s mobile account management system. Along with a business analyst, documented functionality available within the existing (desktop) system; Prioritized items for first release. Created a wireframe set consisting of high-value pages/templates and supervised a remote contract architect who was responsible for creation of remaining wireframes.
Mobile Website– Led the design of Franklin’s first mobile website. Created sketches, wireframes, and an interactive prototype in Axure. Interviewed financial advisors to understand their needs with respect to the mobile channel & assisted in the execution of usability studies. Incorporated study findings into subsequent releases. Initial design for the US market was subsequently rolled out to 15+ international sites.
Client Account Management System – Updated Franklin’s client-facing account management system in response to regulatory changes for the 2012 tax year. Collaborated with team leads to translate hundreds of pages of legal and technical requirements into a cohesive interface. Created an interactive prototype in Axure to facilitate development and legal approval. Identified probable shareholder “pain points” to assist in the training of customer service agents. End users included both B2B (financial advisor) and B2C (individual investor) clients.
