Defined the initial product vision, UX strategy, and AI component framework to scale across all product lines. Designed B2B SaaS AI agents, optimizing procurement workflows like invoicing, requisition approvals, task automation, and dashboard navigation - driving a 26% year-over-year increase in new ACV, generating over 3 billion insights annually, and achieving a 54% weekly repeat usage rate.

Led design and strategy for global search, enabling users to quickly locate items and documents across platforms. Integrated AI-driven relevance and semantic search, to significantly improve discoverability at scale.

Pioneered the design and launch of Guided Intake from 0 to 1, enabling users to quickly access forms & policies curated by admins, and procure items seamlessly. Conducted user research via Pendo & EAP testing to inform design changes which resulted in a 33% increase in user adoption.
