# David Tsai > User Experience Design & Strategy Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/davidtsai I'm a UX leader who thrives on bringing people together from various functions to solve the big and complex. Throughout my career at Salesforce, Google, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, I have led major transformational initiatives. As a customer-centric thinker, I have a proven track record for leveraging user feedback and data in driving strategic direction. I value the importance of product innovation, excellence, and factoring in constraints when necessary in creating meaningful product experiences. Embracing a growth mindset, I am consistently looking for opportunities to improve products, processes, and my own personal and professional self. I value relationships, as a champion of collaboration and co-creation with customers and team members. I find great joy in leading with the head and heart; coaching, mentoring, and supporting future design leaders. I was born and raised in San Francisco to immigrant parents. That diverse upbringing plays into my approach in thinking with inclusiveness and openness. When I’m not building products, you can find me cooking for loved ones or eating my way around the world with friends and family. ## Work Experience ### Principal Product Designer @ Salesforce Jan 2023 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area Establishing experience strategy, future vision, and near-term feature prioritization for MuleSoft's Anypoint Code Builder.
