Utilized Postgres for the database layer, implemented the cosmic python domain-driven design pattern for the server, and employed React.js with TypeScript for the frontend, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Actively collaborated with our cross-functional UX/UI team to successfully implement cutting-edge frontend components and enhance user experience altogether.

•	Developed Quick workarounds when the system ran into issues to avoid any stoppages for the users.
•	Created small Python scripts to help minimize the work necessary to complete a task that normally would have taken much longer to complete. Provided production support for the whole company in regards to any OnBase related issues.
•	Earned Certifications in OnBase Admin, OnBase Workflow, and OnBase APIs becoming the first person in the company with the API certification.

Developed a Web Application tool/portal that will be used internally to help contact center employees find information on a call. This app will improve productivity and it will make this process more agile for the call center employees. While working on this I was forced to learn multiple languages.
Used: Sql, Java, Servlets, JSP, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/JQuery, and MVC.

Developed a small tool that populates a static html table dynamically, no matter how many rows are needed the table will be generated thanks to this tool. 
Used: Java, HTML and CSS

Presented tools and projects to team members and other members of the IT department at the headquarters in St Louis.
