* Took feature from inception, through experimentation and implementation, to rollout and announcement.

* Result of effort was the smartest citation system on the market to date, able to cite sentences within documents, and provide the page number with links directly to the cited text.

* Launch of feature led to immediate conversion of multiple high value contracts, and even more initial calls with excited prospects.

Engineering Lead on Source Refinements

* Letting users modify the sources used to generate their Assistant responses, leading to cleaner context and higher quality answers.

Designed and implemented a framework for efficient scenario authoring that accounts for road topology and structure.

Lead engineer for redesigning and rewriting the UI of the simulation triage service. Work involved creating a mockup of the redesign, presenting to users, implementing, deploying, and supporting users’ transitions. This significantly improved the experience and performance of other teams that rely on simulation testing.

Spearheaded multiple large scale projects to improve the performance of the backend system. Cumulative improvements reduced average latency for users by over 90%.
