Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, I worked in the service of AM top 100 law firms. My role was to guide these firms through a complicated, and often times unfamiliar, process known as E-Discovery. The key to success was to ensure that everyone understood the risk points, the benefits, and the downstream effects decisions today would have tomorrow; so in this way my role as a Real Estate Agent is the same. Manager of E-Discovery projects; provides guidance and work plans for the collection, process and reviews of electronic data for legal disputes in particular work related to corporate mergers. Over the past 3 years I have assisted counsel in the coordination and execution for substantial compliance on 12 major second requests. I have helped develop strategies which address many of the common challenges these cases have in common including assisting counsel to navigate/negotiate the terms and use of predictive coding both in front of the DOJ and FTC.
