Led the full UX lifecycle of several products within Navify Clinical Hub, a suite of applications that enhance clinical decision support for oncologists and care teams.
• Planned, led, and delivered end-to-end designs for multiple product workstreams (Tumor board, Analytics, Platform/Shared-services, and global AI initiatives) within an agile, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.
• Led the redesign of Navify Analytics resulting in increased user engagement, data utilization, and user satisfaction (NPS)
• Partnered with research teams to produce key CX insights, and facilitate global design workshops across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
• Championed human-centered design across the organization by defining best practices, mentoring others, leading design critiques, and facilitating learning and collaboration.
