Responsible for a distributed team of designers, researchers, content strategists, ux engineers, and brand designers who create YouTube's premium subscription verticals (YouTube Premium, YouTube Originals, YouTube Music, and Music Artist + Industry efforts).

Spearheaded the vision, design strategy, and narrative development for YouTube Music’s generative AI initiatives, including the Music AI Incubator, Creator Music tools, and AI-powered custom radio features.
Co-authored YouTube’s public AI Music Principles, driving cross-functional alignment with artists, legal, and product teams to ensure innovation was both ethical and empowering.
Designed and launched creator-facing experiences enabling text-prompted instrumental generation and audience-informed music discovery tools.
Positioned YouTube Music at the forefront of AI-driven creativity while navigating complex issues of copyright, authorship, and the cultural impact of non-human collaboration.
