Designed Multi-Modal experiences for Alexa AGI Information Experiences, and Proactive Suggestions.

Worked on designing VUI experiences for Alexa Accessibility, Aging, Discovery, Feedback, Help, and Personality domains.

• Develop, conduct, and lead design strategy of 8-month capstone project on
 post-disaster communication solutions for survivors, aid organizations, and families

• Conducted 5-day research trip to Puerto Rico to understand lived experience of 
hurricane survivors. Led the strategy to synthesize research insights into project goals

• Conducted user research, expert interviews and usability testing. Led the design 
sprints within the team and co-design sessions with our client

• Designed a visual style guide for all the project related design artifacts including the
 interface of our final design solution

• Redesigned mobile car overview model page to address its high drop-off rate

• Designed guidelines and content for user personalization

• Conceptualized a car recommendation engine to pro-actively suggest cars to users

based on their needs
