This included conducting user research, gathering feedback from a dedicated channel for beta testers, and collaborating with the UI/UX work in Figma. • Designed, tested, and collaborated on the project to rework email notifications for candidates and IVEs. Conducted extensive user testing and collected user testimonies to optimize the email design. • Led the work on protecting sensitive information for candidates and IVEs. Originally this involved running scripts to scrub personally identifiable information (PII) from interview files and forms that would be shared with clients and candidates. Later, most of the work involved changing the backend to avoid displaying sensitive information such as name and contact info in the first place.
