Part of a Cognitive Incubator team that investigates/implements available cognitive technologies, like those from Watson, and leverages them for other IBM products. The team is enhancing IBM's collaboration portfolio by incorporating NLP and machine learning technology through our services.
Specifically, I work on rapid prototype development for new ideas that will help make customers work more efficiently.
•Implemented an Angular/NodeJS application that takes a user's text and classifies/analyzes it using Watson's Natural Language Classifier
•Incorporated an initial action identification service within IBM's Watson Workspace using ReactJS
•Created an application that allows our users to give feedback so that the classifier that is used has more data to consume and learn from
•Presented to different teams across the organization to share the results of our work
•Closely worked with interns, guided their project and reviewed their code
Most recently, my team created Cognitive as a service for Watson Workspace and I developed the UI for one of it's main features, Moments.
