Collaborated closely with founders and the engineering studio App Flow to bring the product vision to life. Led the design of a high-converting landing page to drive engagement and adoption. ### Freelance Product Designer @ Tafika Tickets Jan 2022 – Jan 2023 | Zambia Led the design of Tafika, one of Zambia’s first bus ticketing app, from concept to MVP launch. Partnered with founders to create a user-centric mobile experience for seamless ticketing. Also designed a desktop platform for bus operators to track sales, streamline operations, and generate thousands in revenue. Within months, the app reached 10K downloads across the App store and Android store and paved the way for similar platforms in the region. ### Freelance Product Designer @ SoundOff Inc. Jan 2020 – Jan 2023 I lead the Soundoff app redesign efforts. I create wireframes, prototypes, interactions and deliver design concepts to the developers/founders. I also conduct data driven research and user interview to create accurate user persona and help standardize the startup visual design. ### Product Designer @ ClickUp Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | San Diego, California, United States As a member of the Task team, I worked on improving the design for the task card components, Time in Status Dropdown menu, and formulas in Formula.
