- Mechanical skills: 3D Modeling, GD&T, Tolerance Analysis, Material Selection, metrology, FEA/MFA/Thermal etc.

- Supply Chain Management: CM and JDM with oversea suppliers, new vendor bring up and Process qualification, engineering builds Kickoff and Buy-off.

- Product validation: Product/module reliability & Failure Root Cause Analysis, complex metrology development for validation, data visualization and novel reliability test planning.

- Design/Engineering Tools: NX, Creo(ProE), SolidWorks, Abaqus, ANSYS, MatLab, Tableau, JMP, MathCAD
