I was part of the Third Party Inventory Platform team, working in a Java backend role developing RESTful services.

• Developed integrations for ingesting, transforming, and loading merchant offerings into Groupon’s systems

• Led development of a new service for external integrations with third-party partner services

• Designed and implemented a REST service for the operations team to onboard new partners without engineering support

• Architected an offer deduplication micro-service to identify Groupon offers that were available from multiple sources. Significantly reduced presentation of identical offers with a 95% accuracy rate.

I was part of the Platform team, working on everything from frontend development in AngularJS to REST services. I coordinated with the UI design team to convert UI mockups into user-friendly web applications using AngularJS.

I previously worked on the Merchant Services team to deliver web applications to facilitate microtransactions for desktops and mobile devices.
