Engineering lead for the implementation, development and architecture of the Interactive Content (IC) block in Salesforce's Content Builder, I led a team of 3 engineers from the idea stage, to MVP, to current continuous growth in Interactive Content offerings, while communicating cross team with our email and backend teams. After being acquired in October 2018, we began our planning and architecture stages of development. Over the following months, I worked closely with infrastructure, back end, UX/UI, designers, and leadership teams to architect the vision and steps necessary to go from idea to MVP. With a goal set for announcing Interactive Content at Dreamforce in 2019, we began working on our MVP offering, the Interactive Content Form. As the lead for our team, I help sprint planning and backlog grooming meetings, one on ones with each team member, mentored and answered questions proposed by team members, met with my manager to discuss progress, and kept the team working towards our goal.
