Leading design in a player-coach role in our Core Product pillar. Managing 5 designers across 5 teams: AI Workflows, Editing, Meeting Recordings, Screenshots, and Systems Design for asynchronous video. Assisting as an IC where work is needed and for vision concepts. Collaborating closely with an extremely talented team of designers on user-centered vision, strategy, and execution of our comprehensive recording + capture journey, from creation to viewing.

Led UX efforts in Twitch’s Community Organization and owning our large product portfolio under Viewer Engagement. Responsible for strategy and execution for increasingly complex and ambiguous products that increase key metrics in retention, engagement, and hours watched. Partnering closely with cross-functional peers defining and executing on a bold multi-year strategies. Leveraging strong interpersonal skills to effectively present design concepts to executive sponsors.
Spearheaded the design of user interfaces and experiences for all platforms, including desktop, web, and mobile apps. Conducting thorough research and applied creative thinking to craft new user experiences aligned with product goals and user intentions. Iterating on designs from conceptualization to pixel-perfect implementation, maintaining high caliber standards.
Promoted a culture of innovation and collaboration through influence and guidance of other designers. Inspiring, supporting, and mentoring other designers within our product portfolio through broad cross team influence and collaboration.
