Experience
2025 — Now
San Jose, CA
Leading the development of the Horizon Data System, a forward looking data aggregation and automation tool. Leveraging machine learning and quantized LLM models, HDS automates the less data-driven parts of product status tracking, including email processing and project timeline forecasting.
Gained experience in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering roles in process/production line planning and fixture design.
Continued support of automation tools previously developed, such as the Testing Internal Services Center and ProdPulse, as well as developing new cross-department and cross-business-unit tooling for Ingrasys and FX Taiwan programs.
Worked with BYD and NVidia to streamline production processes and facilitate quick production schedules.
2024 — 2025

Developed, maintained, and deployed the Testing Internal Services Center, a data aggregation hub for the Testing Department. TISC consists of over 85 data aggregation dashboards and tools to support expanded visibility, as well as multiple embedded systems for factory floor monitoring.
Leveraged Raspberry Pi and ESP32 platforms to build proprietary remote monitoring systems for sound, temperature, and humidity, transmitting data over Wi-Fi to a centralized, browser-based hub. Each unit featured automated monitoring, self-diagnostics, limited error recovery, and local data storage with automatic backfill to ensure reliability and continuity. Each system is equipped with a custom designed and fabricated plastic enclosure with status display.
Designed and deployed Sparkbook, an internal project coordination and collaboration forum that allows each department to manage improvement projects, and improve visibility on the status of each project. Since its deployment in May of 2025, Sparkbook has seen over 100 projects across different departments.
Worked with cross functional teams to develop new procedures, streamline processes and support operations. Deployed automation and visibility tools across multiple different internal departments, as well as other business units (Ingrasys).
2023 — 2023
San Jose, California, United States
Contributed to automation of manufacturing processes via software integrated initiatives, covering project planning, system design, hardware integration, software development, project management/presentation, and documentation.
Solely designed, developed, and deployed ProdPulse, an automated status tracking and reporting system, reduced manual labor requirements for factory reporting from 2.5 hours to less than 1 minute, a 99.9% reduction in focus time required.
Additional projects include SmartCart, an internal inventory management system using digital twin ideologies, that improved part search times from 15 minutes to less than 30 seconds.
Other contributions include authoring new SOPs and testing procedures, maintenance and support of existing software infrastructure, and developing new testing automations.
