Designed and developed a solution to integrate middle tier with external job scheduler running in AWS, main challenges involved
- Three different systems (a middle tier, scheduler service running in AWS, an HBase system)
- Integrating with a system that supported high availability (and may compromise consistency in certain cases) which made updates tricky.
- The middle tier is capable of handing more than 25M callbacks from the scheduler in a day

### Sofware Engineer @ Yahoo

Spearheaded Red Hat Enterprise Linux major upgrade across 10K+ production servers
- Led a team of 2-4 engineers to upgrade OS of bare metal servers in production and test environments
- Designed and developed a solution for the middle tier infrastructure with 10 different components

Led a middle tier solution to support AOL traffic
- After Yahoo was bough over by Verizon, AOL traffic was needed to be supported by existing Yahoo infrastructure
- Designed and developed a dual stack solution to enforce security and serve AOL traffic from the existing middle tier.
- This resulted in cost savings by allowing us to decommission AOL servers
